In St.Anton there is a big toboggan run that opens on Tuesday and Thursday nights underneath the Nasserein lift, so on our day off this week the Flexiski team decided to have a bit of a team bonding session! I can safely say that is was one of the best nights of the season and I would definitely recommend it! We arrived at the bubble lift at 7:30 with our Rodel's in hand and set off up the Nasserein lift...
After a quick drink at the top and safety talk from Tom which consisted of 'No broken bones please we have work in the morning' we set off down the toboggan run to the restaurant half down called the Rodelalm. I can't begin to explain how much fun tobogganing is, it has to be one of the best things to do here in St.Anton!

The Flexiski team ready to set off.

Frankie, me and sam.
If I were to do it again which I probably will, I would definitely do the following:
1) Dress yourself in full ski gear - it is freezing up on the mountain at night time!
2) Forget putting any kind of make-up on, as you will finish looking like a drowned rat.
3) Tuck your ski pants into your socks.
4) DO NOT WEAR UGG BOOTS...IT IS A SERIOUS SCHOOL BOY ERROR!
5) Remember to slow down on the hairpin corners, as you will go flying.

As you can probably tell I did make a few of those mistakes and suffered slightly, when we arrived at the Rodelalm restaurant half way down for dinner, I had snow inside my boots, my face was covered in snow and I think its safe to say that the snow skirt on my ski jacket does not work!
Dinner was amazing and there was peach and pear schnapps flowing around the table all night!

As you can tell pear was not a favourite amongst the group!

Then it was time to Rodel down... and after all the schnapps it wasn't exactly the easiest thing in the world and proved a little bit too much for my good friend Sam.

On the second leg I'd finally learnt my lesson and tucked my ski pants into my socks!

I think everyone that is in St.Anton should definitely try it out as its absolutely fantastic, everyone was well and truly gone by the time we reached the bottom and there were a few chalet staff that weren't feeling too great the next day!
