Jack Wills Land Rover Tour

So the JW boys have been and left St.Anton and it feels slightly quiet without them now :( Had such a brilliant time, skiing, apres skiing and teaching them how to deal with lots of Jager!

They also delivered lots of party pants, JW Beanies and of course hundreds of stickers to help sticker up St.Anton! Here are a few photos of there time in St.Anton:

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Olly and Freddie for coming to visit me, as we had an amazing time and good luck to them on the rest of the tour!

Mayhem of half term week!

So this week St.Anton has been rammed with families over taking the lifts, restaurants and slopes. So to avoid the mayhem of half term week myself and various other seasonnaires have been doing as much as possible to get away from skiing on overcrowded pistes and have found various alternatives to skiing, first of which was Rendl Beach!
At the beginning of this week it was a perfect sunshine day, the kind that just makes you want to lie around on deck chairs all day on rendl beach and that's exactly what we did!

The lovely Craig and myself just showing off our amazing goggles!

Their is no better way to enjoy a day like this one without a good couple of bottles of white and of course some beer just to make the day just that little bit better.

Doesn't that view just make you jealous?

The day basically consisted of watching some pretty sick riders do their thing in the snow park and this particular guy was amazing!

VALENTINES DAY BROWNIE....YUMMY!

Landeck - The fancy dress mission!
What can I say about Landeck apart from the fact that it is the most depressing alpine town in Europe? It felt like I'd landed in some post soviet eastern European town and I think its safe to say I will not be venturing back any time soon. Plus my fancy dress mission was unsuccessful!

But on the bright side, I did manage to borrow some fancy dress items off a friend and was able to pull something together at the last minute for SLAGS, HAGS AND PORNSTARS at Bar Cuba. My theme may have been slightly more Mardi gras but of course had a rather slaggy vibe.

Me and my gorgeous flat mate sam!

A mixture of pimps, cross dressers, slags and a mardi gras festival?

It's safe to say the so far half term week hasn't been too painful and we've definitely managed to find various distracts! Now I'm looking forward to the Jack Wills Land Rover Tour which arrives tonight!

So I'll keep you posted on the weekends antics, in the mean time I hope your all jealous as its snowing!!!!!!!!!! Ciao x

You've gotta love a onesie!

For those of you that aren't sure what a Onesie is, it's a fantastic 80's trend - of one piece ski suits that should definitely be pulled out every once in a while just for comedy value!
There are some friends of a friend that are staying out in resort at the moment and yesterday they decided to venture to Lech and show them how to pull off a good 80s onesie, I met up with them at the mooserwirt for some apres ski and its safe to say that the onesie was attracting it's fair share of attention:

Good old onesie, one of the guys was even offered 100euros for his onesie!

It was a brilliant day, blue skies, skiing in Rendl, eurotrash apres ski at the Moose which carried on to bar cuba. Then work 'slightly' merry before continuing the party in Cuba after work!

Bex and myself doing our fair share of forfeits outside the Moose.

A very excitable drew as he had just invested in this new Mooserwirt t-shirt for the season. Drew is amazing and sure knows how to throw his fair amount of shapes around the dancefloor or in yesterdays case the mooserwirt's tables.

Although today I'm feeling slighty worse for wear :( it was definitely a good day and now I'm going up on the mountain for some good old mountain air and a little deck chair sunbathing!

Rodel Yodelling!

In St.Anton there is a big toboggan run that opens on Tuesday and Thursday nights underneath the Nasserein lift, so on our day off this week the Flexiski team decided to have a bit of a team bonding session! I can safely say that is was one of the best nights of the season and I would definitely recommend it! We arrived at the bubble lift at 7:30 with our Rodel's in hand and set off up the Nasserein lift...
After a quick drink at the top and safety talk from Tom which consisted of 'No broken bones please we have work in the morning' we set off down the toboggan run to the restaurant half down called the Rodelalm. I can't begin to explain how much fun tobogganing is, it has to be one of the best things to do here in St.Anton!

The Flexiski team ready to set off.

Frankie, me and sam.

If I were to do it again which I probably will, I would definitely do the following:

1) Dress yourself in full ski gear - it is freezing up on the mountain at night time!
2) Forget putting any kind of make-up on, as you will finish looking like a drowned rat.
3) Tuck your ski pants into your socks.
4) DO NOT WEAR UGG BOOTS...IT IS A SERIOUS SCHOOL BOY ERROR!
5) Remember to slow down on the hairpin corners, as you will go flying.

As you can probably tell I did make a few of those mistakes and suffered slightly, when we arrived at the Rodelalm restaurant half way down for dinner, I had snow inside my boots, my face was covered in snow and I think its safe to say that the snow skirt on my ski jacket does not work!

Dinner was amazing and there was peach and pear schnapps flowing around the table all night!

As you can tell pear was not a favourite amongst the group!

Then it was time to Rodel down... and after all the schnapps it wasn't exactly the easiest thing in the world and proved a little bit too much for my good friend Sam.

On the second leg I'd finally learnt my lesson and tucked my ski pants into my socks!

I think everyone that is in St.Anton should definitely try it out as its absolutely fantastic, everyone was well and truly gone by the time we reached the bottom and there were a few chalet staff that weren't feeling too great the next day!

The snow has finally arrived in St.Anton and over the past couple of days we've had a huge snow fall :). So tomorrow is definitely going to be an off piste powder day and blue sky has been forecast so I'm crossing my fingers for a perfect day!

My parents arrived in resort today and with them came a huge stock of toiletries! Now everyone on a season, especially girls, will know that your favourite shampoo and mascara are hard to find in resort when your shopping from one small section of a understocked supermarket! So I was a very happy girl when I got my John Freida shampoo and YSL mascara. But of course its amazing to see my parents and spend a good few days on the mountains with them.

Tonight there are various birthday celebrations in resort and a few fancy dress themes knocking about so I'm sure there will be some interesting antics and more importantly photographic evidence to follow!
